Fees
Fee Payment
Fees can be paid via credit card or debit card (no amex) on the day of your child's attendance. A $.50c fee applies to all credit card and paywave payments. A .50c fee applies to debit card (savings/cheque) transactions.
Direct debit is also available to families and is our preferred method of fee payment. If you choose to pay via direct debit, the fees accrued over the week will be deducted from your chosen credit or debit account on the Friday of that week. A reminder email is sent out to families each week reminding them fees will be deducted from their account on Friday.
DebitSuccess charges a fee for the transaction. If you have insufficient funds in your chosen account DebitSuccess will charge you a dishonour fee. Wombat takes no responsibility for this fee.
Fees are expected to be up to date at all times. Fees can be paid by direct credit into our bank account. If fees lapse for more than two (2) weeks your child/children's enrolment will be cancelled.
Child Care Subsidy
Child care subsidy is available from Monday 14th August 2023.
Public Holidays
Wombat is closed on Public Holidays, we do not charge for the days we are closed.

Birth - 2 years old - $18.13 per hour
2 - 3 year old - $16.88 per hour
3 - 6 year old - $15.00 per hour
Birth - 2 years old - $116.00 per day
2 - 3 year old - $108.00 per day
3 - 6 year old - $96.00 per day
Occasional childcare positions cancelled after 4pm the day prior to your child's booked day will incur a fee of $20.00 or 50% of the booked time (whichever is greater).
Occasional childcare positions where we are not notified that your child will not be attending their booked time will be charged as per the booked time.
$10.00 per child per 5 minutes that you are late to collect your child and then depart the service. This fee is charged from 4.00pm onwards.
