Bookings Procedure

Once you have received your confirmation email and paid your annual enrolment fee, you're ready to begin making occasional bookings for the calendar year. We understand that starting out can be an adjustment for your child, so we've designed our booking process with flexibility and your child's comfort in mind.

Your child's first booking with us can be up to two hours, allowing them to ease into the new environment. Following this initial session, we're happy to extend the hours, provided your child feels comfortable in our setting.

Should additional support be needed, we're here to collaborate with you, offering strategies to help your child settle in for longer days.

 

Here's a quick overview of our booking procedure:

How to Book:

Bookings can be made up to two weeks in advance, either by phone or in person. At this time, we do not accept bookings via Xplor or Email.

 

Booking Details:

Bookings can be made on the hour, with a minimum booking time of two hours (e.g., 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, etc.).

 

Timely Arrivals and Departures:

Children should not arrive before their booked arrival time or depart after their booked departure time without preapproval.

 

Duration of Bookings:

Bookings are for a specific start and finish time, not for a set number of hours. Our booking times are a firm timeslot as we book these in accordance of our legally required child to staff ratio.

 

Late Arrival or Early Departure:

Families that arrive before their booking time may be asked to leave the center and return at the designated time. If our staff to child ratio is able to accommodate the child's early arrival, booking times and fees will be adjusted in hourly increments.

A family who’s child is picked up after their booking time will be charged a late fee.

We highly recommend that if you are running late you arrange for an alternative adult to collect your child. If they are not on your child’s enrolment form we will require you to notify us in advance. This person will be required to provide photographic identification to ensure the safety of your child.

Families that are late on more than 3 occasions are at risk of their enrolment being terminated.
